PATIENT'S RIGHTS


  1. The patient has the right to receive high quality care.
  2. The patient has the right to receive medical attention based on respect and dignity.
  3. The patient is entitled to adequate information about his / her diagnosis and treatment.
  4. The patient has the right to refuse to receive any treatment he does not want.
  5. The right of the patient privacy.
  6. The patient is entitled to confidentiality of information about his / her condition.
  7. The patient has the right to health education that enables him to take care of himself.
  8. The patient is entitled to prior knowledge of the cost of the health services provided to him.
  9. The patient has the right to express his opinion on the medical services provided to him.
  10. The patient is entitled to a second medical consultation.




PATIENT'S DUTIES


  1. Give full and accurate information about your illness.
  2. Take into account the privacy of other patients and take into consideration the staff of the center.
  3. Implement the recommendations given to you as a patient by your doctor and nurse.
  4. Obligation to pay all financial requirements related to treatment or other services.
  5. Inform your doctor if you do not want to continue treatment
